If there is an error or damage to your order, please notify us within a reasonable 3 days of receiving your order at the following address: hello@dollyandbetty.com
Only orders delivered by land are accepted. Shipping costs are established according to rules that consider the volume, mass, number of items and / or amount of the order.
Orders will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer when paying for their order. If the customer made a mistake when entering their delivery address, it is their responsibility to collect their package. The return of a package will be entirely at the buyer's expense, including delivery and product costs.
Dolly & Betty disclaims any errors in the delivery address. If an error has been made, please contact hello@dollyandbetty.com as soon as possible to find out if it is possible to change the delivery address or if your order has already been sent.
Delivery is normally made within 1-7 business days after the order has been processed, but this time frame cannot be guaranteed by Dolly & Betty. Shipping, customs and tax fees are the buyer's responsibility.
Dolly & Betty disclaims any liability for additional delays caused by the carrier(s). We do not guarantee any delivery times.
Dolly & Betty disclaims any liability in the event of a deadline not being met due to an error on the part of the third party making the delivery and an error on the part of the customer when entering their billing and delivery information.
