How to use our lip balm packaging?
When using your lip balm, simply gently push underneath the tube. Apply by holding your finger under the lip balm for better hold. For better hydration, apply our balm to your lips several times. After use, gently twist the cap on the tube. It is important not to leave lip balms directly in the sun.
Is the packaging recyclable or biodegradable?
Having the environment at heart, our packaging is biodegradable. Every year, billions of tons of single-use plastic are buried and dumped into the oceans.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes when you spend more than $45 before taxes and promotions, we offer free shipping.
Where do you offer delivery?
Across Canada and the United States we are currently working hard to offer new locations as quickly as possible.
What is the format and shelf life of a lip balm?
Our lip balms are double the size of a regular lip balm, at 10 grams. Depending on your usage and given their size, they will last twice as long as a standard size.
Do you accept returns, exchanges or refunds?
Unfortunately due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds.
Where is Dolly & Betty Company located?
Dolly & Betty is located in Canada, more precisely in Quebec. All of our shipments are made and sent from our offices in Quebec.
Do you have a physical store?
No, we do not have a physical store at the moment.
Will Dolly & Betty be in a market soon?
We do not have any upcoming dates scheduled to participate in markets. Follow our social networks for future market announcements.
I would like to cancel/change my order, is this possible?
Write to us as soon as possible if your order has not been sent and transport has not been purchased.
Do you offer the possibility of making retail orders?
Yes, of course you can write to us at hello@dolly&betty.com or go to the become a retailer tab on our website to apply as a point of sale. We also offer the possibility for companies or individuals to fulfill wholesale orders for events, employee gifts and weddings. Contact us today to submit your requests, we will be happy to answer you.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Write to us within 3 days of delivery at the following address: hello@dollyandbetty.com and we will correct the situation.
I made a mistake in my order, what should I do?
Please write to us as soon as possible when you notice your error and if your order has not yet left our offices with the carrier, we will correct the situation.

How do I purchase a gift card?
In the products section at the very end you will find the gift cards. You just have to indicate the amount and add it to your cart.
What is the status of my order?
Once we have shipped your order, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number which will allow you to follow the status of your order and its delivery.
How long will it take for you to ship my order?
It will take between 24 to 72 hours before sending your order on business days. Delays may be longer on weekends and holidays as our offices are closed.
How can I track my package?
When we have sent your package, we will send you an email that will include your tracking number. You will then be able to track your package on the carrier's website, using your tracking number.
